Matt developed a love of children’s illustration after first studying fine art at the Birmingham School of Art. He has gone on to publish countless books in over 30 territories and translated into multiple languages, including his author illustrated titles Up High and How to Find a Yeti. Matt has been nominated and shortlisted for a number of industry awards and his clients include Nosy Crow, Penguin Random House, Bloomsbury, Walker, Magic Cat, Frances Lincoln and Harper US. Matt now lives in Redditch with his wife, son and cats, spending busy days drawing from his humble home studio.
