Joy Laforme

Joy Laforme is an illustrator and artist living in New Jersey.

She attended the Savannah College of Art and Design where she obtained her Master of Arts in Graphic & Interactive Design. She went on to illustrate for a broad range of products, including puzzles, stationery, textiles, book covers, galleries, murals, and more.

Joy’s select clients include Galison, Hodder Publishing, Stripes Publishing, HGTV Magazine, Wentworth Puzzles, Barnes & Noble, Graphique De France, and Trader Joe’s.

She enjoys creating in both digital and traditional techniques, many times in a mix of both. She is influenced by vintage animated films, Fauvism and American Folk Art, and incorporates these styles into her signature aesthetic.
