Barbara grew up in the suburbs of Budapest, near a small forest, and now she lives in beautiful Tenerife, next to the Atlantic Ocean. She can’t remember a time when she wasn’t drawing, encouraged by her amazing artist family to thank, who passed on to her their love for the colors and shapes.

She graduated as an animation director at the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design Budapest, and began working as a director/ art director, for television series and short films for clients such as Disney Junior or TED-Ed.

But she always knew that she wanted to spend more time with a picture as an illustrator. She has always had a big passion for creating worlds with her characters, making up how they are working together within an atmosphere, what they feel, and what is the story behind them.

She is trying to be on the road as much as she can, constantly collecting new beautiful memories and experiences. Meanwhile she is working hard to develop her work, with lots of ideas in her head and plenty of pens in her pocket.
