Alea Marley was born in England yet her heart lies where her roots began, in Barbados. Drawing inspiration from the tiny island, everyday life and her imagination, she blends digital art with traditional techniques, creating pieces that are a playful exploration of the world around her. Alea’s worldwide publishing clients include Macmillan, Tundra, Abrams, Candlewick, Harper Collins, Little Bee and Walker Books.
