Artist Spotlight: Claire Wilson

Claire is a freelance illustrator and surface pattern designer, working from a small studio in her home in the beautiful North West England county of Cumbria.

Naturally drawn to illustrative styles and bright colours, she enjoys creating designs with lots of lovely little details. She has always loved to draw and often starts her process by hand drawing motifs or lettering, working in pen and pencil before scanning them into the computer and adding colour digitally

When she’s not busy designing in her studio, she loves to go for long walks in the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District and also enjoys backpacking adventures around South East Asia with her other half.
