Artwork by Duda Oliva

Duda is a Latin American Illustrator from Brazil, deeply inspired by magical realism, impressionism, and the visual imagery from South and Central America.
Researching contemporary themes like nature, culture and social issues, he works on traditional mediums like gouache, soft pastels, charcoal and colour pencils creating visual narratives and stories that hope to empower, comfort and surprise children (and adults).
Duda loves literature, ecology, folklore, science and art history, and on weekends likes to visit museums and parks or bike and draw with his friends.
