Author and artist care is central to all we do.

Since our debut in 2003, Bright has championed talent in children’s publishing, and as our creative’s work has flourished, so too has our wheelhouse, expanding what we can offer and how we build brilliant careers for talented creatives.

We’ve welcomed exceptional agents and experts whose guidance has strengthened our creative’s success and helped bring their work to new industries, platforms, markets, and audiences.

As a global business, it’s more important than ever to reflect the diversity of society, from children’s books to advertising campaigns. As we discover and develop new artists, we take this responsibility seriously.

Creativity never stops, and neither do we. Today, we operate across Publishing, Design and Advertising, Greetings & Gift, Film & TV, and Licensing, giving our authors and artists more opportunities, wider reach, and greater commercial potential than ever before.

At Bright, we don’t just represent talent—we nurture it. We guide careers with care, creativity, and a long-term commitment to success.
