From a young age Lee became interested in illustration and art, from doodles in my maths books, to the famous works of art. As soon as he left University he started as a graphic designer for a advertising agency before venturing into greeting cards where he worked for 5 years, and then illustrating for children’s books. Nature and people are the biggest influence in his work and tries to get as much character and expression into each piece.

Lee’s has worked with: Caterpillar books, Blue Apple Books, Usborne, Igloo, Badger books, Franklin Watts, Piggy Toes Press, Hodder, Little Tiger Press, HarperCollins, Parragon, Simon and Schuster, Harcourt and Innovative Kids with a wide range of styles and media.
