Kay Wolfersperger is a creative lighting bolt based out of Savannah, GA, USA. She funnels her boundless energy into her illustrations and creates unique and compelling illustrations for her clients such as Editions Auzou, Scholastic UK, Sellers Publishing and Design House Greetings. Her mixed-race background provides her invaluable insight and appreciation for diverse points of view and a penchant for empathy.

Wolfersperger cut her teeth in the creative world as a graphic designer after studying at the Savannah College of Art and Design where she earned a BFA in graphic design and a BFA in Fibers, the latter graduating as valedictorian. She forged her way through the design ranks working in-house and for agencies. Her work spans stationery, packaging, advertising, editorial and surface design and her extensive experience and range of projects have instilled in her professionalism, discipline and respect for deadlines.

Wolfersperger loves the convenience and speed of working digitally but embraces the wobbly lines in her work that reflect the mastery of her craft and humanness in her process. Work hard, rest hard is her motto! She balances her robust creative entrepreneurship with running, lifting heavy and travelling.
