Claire was lucky to start her career at a major greetings card company where she learnt from the bottom up all about the industry. Her passion for greeting cards did not stop there and she went on to become an in-house illustrator and designer for a leading online business.

Now a freelance illustrator and surface pattern designer, she resides at her studio in Somerset in the UK, right by the famous Glastonbury Festival site.

Claire has always been creative right from a little girl and loves to experiment in different styles. She combines hand drawn doodles and mark making with digital, to create colourful, patterned and textured designs.

She believes you can find inspiration everywhere you look but her love for nature, travelling and experiencing new cultures are her biggest influences.

When Claire isn’t designing or collecting inspiration she loves to go on new adventures to new places with her partner. She enjoys walks in the countryside, catching up with friends and family over a good coffee and her favourite thing of all is to hang out with her rescue cat Nala.
