At a time when animation is becoming an ever more valuable tool for businesses worldwide to accentuate and deliver impactful messaging, The Bright Agency is proud to announce they are opening a new animation division representing 2D, 3D, stop-frame and computer-generated imagery animators and storytellers.
“Our working processes make Bright home to some of the most recognisable and award-winning illustrators today. In recent years, many of our illustrators have made the transition into animation and motion graphics. The demand from clients for this medium has exploded, clearly showing us that we needed to open our doors to animators.” says founder and CEO Vicki Willden-Lebrecht.
Vicki continues “For Bright we enter this arena from two angles - as literary agents representing content and as illustration agents now representing animators. Bright has always been pioneering, innovative and leaned into opportunities we could not overlook, the constant enquiries for our illustrators to animate meant it was a natural next step for us to ensure our artists are represented in this space.”

Across the globe, consumers’ time on social media is increasing and results show animated content has its largest audience ever. This is only expected to increase with virtual reality and augmented reality now on the rise. Couple this with Instagram’s move to alter algorithms to prioritise the moving image reel, there is a dramatically and instantly progressed need for moving images. It is for this reason that “The market is expected to grow from $354.7bn in 2020 to $642.7bn by 2030”, as stated by Precedence Research.
Bright animators will fearlessly produce bold and innovative content that influences, inspires and impresses. Whether it’s a motion graphic tutorial, a music video, or a feature length commercial, Bright’s animation agents will get things moving.
