Pedro is an illustrator, currently living in São Paulo - Brazil, he likes to define himself as a creator, he draws since childhood and his taste for art and illustration came up at school, with magazines, books, posters and everything else that illustration can add up. Considered by many teachers as a prodigy in drawing, he left school already focused on becoming a well-regarded illustrator. His work with simple forms and focus on colors, textures and ideas shows a very well established style. He likes to take his work to what he believes to be the essence of illustration, which is communication. His main references are the extinct German magazine ‘Jugend Magazine’, the illustrator ‘Christoph Niemann’, the famous avant-garde art school ‘Bauhaus’ and also the American magazine ‘The New Yorker Magazine’. A lover of coffee and jazz, both inseparable in his processes, Pedro loves what he does and will continue to work and explore the world of illustration for the rest of his life.
