Brittany Baugus is a freelance illustrator currently based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Born with a pencil in one hand and a paintbrush in the other, from a young age wherever Brittany went her art supplies always followed. Inspired by the animated movies she watched repeatedly on VHS tape as a child, Brittany began to interpret the world around her by creating art.

This passion led her to attend the Savannah College of Art and Design, where she studied illustration and concept art. Working mostly digitally, with special attention to shape, color, and texture, her illustrations strive to create compelling characters and environments that have the power to propel a story forward.

Inspiration for Brittany’s work comes from her love for nature, animals, and animated films. Some of her favourite hobbies that keep her feeling creative include oil painting, hiking, and fishing.
