After graduating from Edinburgh College of Art over twenty years ago, she moved down to England and met her husband (children’s book author and illustrator, Robert Starling). They live near Bath with their two young children.
She is proud to say she has worked with some very big clients, namely M&S, Sainsbury’s, and Disney, as well as quite a few smaller brands. She works digitally but loves giving her work a hand drawn, wonky quality. She enjoys filling her work with texture, whimsy and charm, as well as scrummy colour palettes.
Her favourite things to draw are dogs, quirky old nicknacks from vintage markets, and flowers. She would love to work on anything and everything but especially surface patterns, activity books for children, and packaging.
