Anne grew up in Alabama, drawing and playing in the kudzu.
After studying painting, she worked briefly as a graphic designer in Boston. She’s now happily working as an illustrator in a variety of markets including children’s books, editorial, home decor, stationery and puzzles from her studio in the San Francisco Bay Area.
In her free time, Anne loves to poke around in a good vintage shop for children’s books, take walks with her dog, Georgie, and rearrange all the furniture and pictures.
Clients include Chronicle Books, Anthropologie, BlueQ, The Boston Globe, Cameron Kids, Galison, Roger La Borde, Real Simple, Running Press, Smithsonian, and Soho House to name a few.
