Alea Marley is an award-winning illustrator, born in England yet her heart lies n Barbados, where her family roots began. Drawing inspiration from the tiny island, everyday life and her imagination, she blends digital art with traditional techniques, creating pieces that are a playful exploration of the world around her. Alea’s worldwide publishing clients include Macmillan, Tundra, Abrams, Candlewick, Harper Collins, Simon and Schuster, Little Bee and Walker Books.
