Artwork by Tiziana Longo

Tiziana Longo

Tiziana Longo is a Sicilian illustrator born in Catania, where she currently lives and works. Her love for drawing began as a child, when she would spend her time reproducing her grandfather’s paintings that hung in the family living room.

After graduating in Painting and Restoration, she worked for a time as an art restorer. However, while leafing through a picture book one day, she was reminded of her lifelong passion for drawing and decided to embark on this exciting new professional path.

Her style ranges from delicate, dreamy children’s illustrations to realistic portraits and settings characterized by deep, evocative colors. Her favorite subjects are nature and female figures from every era.

She collaborates with both Italian and international publishers and is constantly exploring and refining new visual languages.

Selected Collaborations: Macmillan Education, Schofield and Sims, Westchester Education, Parragon, Arcturus Publishing, Discovery Education, Pearson, Usborne, Mondadori.
