Kirsti Davidson

Kirsti is an illustrator living in Brighton. Her work always starts with notes and sketches from observing people and the world around her, she then likes to use paint and coloured pencils to bring characters and ideas to life. She uses photoshop or illustrator to change colours, arrange compositions and to accentuate and add details.

Previously she worked in television production and would love to create work for children’s animation at some stage. She collects vast numbers of pictures & non fiction books under the guise they are for her own children and has an unhealthy stationery habit.

When she’s not drawing she likes going to exhibitions, making things, and swimming in lidos with her daughters.
