Sherise was born in California and grew up in Los Angeles. She began her arts path in life by dancing modern and jazz, then moved onto singing in bands and played clubs in Hollywood. Sherise wrote screenplays and then books, but it wasn’t until she started drawing that she felt like she had finally found her happy place. Sitting with a pen and a piece of paper exhilarates her! Sherise’s passion is detailed hand drawn pen art. She uses different tools from technical architectural pens to Bic pens. She love drawing buildings, people in unique ways, nature and animals.
