Louisa is a self taught illustrator who was inspired as a child by her grandparents; who’s home was filled with bohemian treasures, and would spend hours creating at the dining room table with her art teacher grandfather, while delicious smells wafted from the kitchen. She enjoys incorporating a sense texture to her work by using ink, pencil and pen and then bringing her illustrations to life in Photoshop or Illustrator. She has illustrated for clients such as Barnardo’s and De Beers.

Louisa lives in a sleepy village in the heart of Essex, UK with her husband, two beautiful children and cats. When she illustrates, she will either be listening to music that makes her feel, or podcasts that make her think. And when she’s not illustrating she sometimes fantasises about trips to India, beaches, dancing till the early hours, converting trucks into camper vans and occasionally all of those things at once.
