Stephan was born in 1973 in Düsseldorf, Germany, where he still lives and works.

He studied visual communications at the University of Applied Sciences from 1995 to 2001. Since 1996, Stephan has been drawing for print and web agencies, publishing houses, and event marketing companies. Publishing his first children’s book in 2011 sparked his passion to write and draft his own stories.
