Ksenia is an illustrator currently based in Bournemouth, UK.

Having a background in sociology she switched to illustration as far back as in 2006 where she continues to work up until now.

In her work she explores the ways digital and traditional media meet each other in complex narratives built within virtual spaces, which is why she mainly uses digitally manipulated colour pencils, acrylics and stencil.

As an illustrator she is especially interested in commissions that allow space for creative interpretation and room for introducing commentary and complex text-image relationships. Nevertheless, just making nice tasty-looking drawings is always fun for her too!

Some of Ksenia’s work includes commissions from Google, GQ, Adidas, Nina Ricci and Yandex, which in terms of format ranged from traditional print magazines and web-article illustrating to live drawing and creating exhibition installations.
