Genevieve Kote is an illustrator from a small town in Quebec but now living in Montreal, Canada. Her work has appeared in parenting and lifestyle magazines, children and teen magazines, newspapers, books, educational manuals and video games. Her art features lively characters in colorful scenes.
She is inspired by vintage cartoons, manga and screen printing. In addition to making art, she likes traveling around the world, exploring the streets of Montreal, baking, and reading outside on a sunny day. She shares her studio with an old but sweet cat.
