Rachel Allsop is a British illustrator currently living in Lancaster with her partner, her son Louis and an elderly Labrador.

For as long as she can remember she has always loved making art in some form.

She works expressively in watercolour layering this with decorative details in a range of media. She likes to observe the rich colours and textures within nature as inspiration for her work.

When she is not Illustrating she loves to dance and has recently started learning ballet. She likes to unwind by taking long walks in nature and being by the sea. She is always trying out new crafts, needle-felting being her latest obsession.

She is hard-working, passionate about what she does and takes great pride in her work.
