Emily Bornoff

Emily is a book illustrator, writer and designer, she loves to hand draw and paint everything first and then creates her illustrations digitally.

She has always loved to draw and paint from a young age. Her father’s antique business also inspired her love of art, where she would often see beautiful paintings and furniture from all over the world.

Animals, and particularly endangered species, feature strongly in all of her work and she hopes that she can help encourage an early interest in the natural world and animal conservation.

With her family from France, Spain and Poland, and her travels in Mexico and South Africa, she has eclectic influences. But especially a love of pattern and printmaking.

Clients to date included Kings Road Publishing (Templar), Faber and Faber, Parragon Books and Jellycat.
