Anastasia Magloire Williams
Anastasia Magloire Williams (or just Ana if you’re in a hurry) is an illustrator, storyteller and designer living Clearwater, FL, USA.
Raised on a healthy diet of cartoons, books, anime and video games, Anastasia enjoyed hobbies like drawing, reading, and getting caught daydreaming. Those childhood hobbies became a passion in her teenage years—one she decided to turn into a career. That passion compensated for sleeping and eating many times during her education at the Savannah College of Art and Design, but a rigorous art education helped Anastasia hone her skills, make connections, and prepare for a creative work environment.
As a working professional, she continues growing in her preferred medium of digital paint, with the goal of combining traditional techniques with the flexibility and innovation of computer software.
Anastasia has written, illustrated and published her first children’s book, ‘Naledi and the Star Road’ and continues to illustrate freelance alongside working full time as a graphic designer.
Above all, she strives to be a vehicle for diversity and representation in entertainment media. Anastasia enjoys gaming with her husband, shameless romance fanfiction, just about anything purple, and putting cheese on everything.
Her ultimate goal? To finally get that PhD in Daydreaming.
