Teemu Juhani

Teemu Juhani is a Finnish illustrator, comic artist and graphic designer.

Born and raised in a land of snow and northern lights, he grew up reading comics, drawing with pencils dand dreaming of superhuman powers and shorter winters. How he has grown-up, he has learned to let go of such silly dreams – so now he only dreams of superhuman powers.

He studied graphic design and illustration at Karelia University of Applied Sciences in Finland and Academie Minerva in the Netherlands. His illustrations draw inspiration from everyday life and all kinds of stories, which he adds fantasy elements and a whimsical flavour too. He considers himself as a constant observer and it always amazes Teemu how much you can learn only by looking. There is one thing though he tries not to monitor: the amount of biscuits he wolfs down weekly.
